I've supported Fulham now London Broncos since their first ever game, it was great to see the formation of London Skolars then HEMEL STAGS.
I find it disappointing & annoying that Northern based rugby league clubs rely on Southern born & developed talent.
Now this is happening with Hemel, it's time to say NO, otherwise I see RL moving back to part time, it's not developing as a national game or being allowed.

Hemel are taking the easy way out which will fall flat and fail. Shortcuts to success do not work. The likes of Gateshead and South Wales have done it tough, doing the hard yards by staying true to their values and local roots. They regularly got thumped but now both have good player performance pathways in place and have turned the corner. No pain, no gain. Terrible decision

I learnt my Rugby League here and the thought that young people won't get the opportunity or option that I did to play first-team is saddening, unacceptable and not thought through. This has been a club with community in it's roots and at it's heart.
