I am an Aboriginal Indigenous American. I have been reclassified and given an ethnic identity that is contrary to my understanding of who I am by the United States Government. Every attempt to correct this historical error is met with denial, and sometimes hostility. I am not free to reclaim my self identity or that my family members. However, I owe it to my family and my ancestors to do all within my power to stand up and speak the truth about who they are and what they taught me to be. Aho mitakuye oyasin!

I am a descendant of mvskoke choctaws and is misclassified as negroe and black when in reality my great, great 2xs, great 3xs grand parents were full blood indians.
My ancestors land (which i can prove with documents) has foreigners on it and me and my children need our land back so that we can survive.

What else can we do? I am 56 years old. My eyes were open to the truth about four years now. I want my land back that they stole from my family. We have a copy of the Land deed. Do not know what to do next.

Amazing, yet unfortunate, how we ALL have allowed this to continue. NO MORE!! I pray this petition exponentially exceeds the requirements needed to succeed.
Although I haven't fully researched my lineage, my memories, intense emotional connection and visions have proven to me my lineage without the "paperwork".
Hopefully the next successful venture will be the rightful RE-acquisition of OUR LAND & WATERS here in North, Central and South America.
