I have a 15 yr old van that now has to be off in 5 to 7 yr. If I had of known this would come in force I would have bought in another site. My 15 yr old vogue is still worth over 15k so this rule doesn't make sense. This caravan is better than most new 1s. Also let this be known I have a few caravans on site. If this does come into force I will not be upgrading through coastfields or any other agent u may get in that time but I will be part ex ing with another site. One that cares n respects it's tenants not 1 that changes rules overnight without telling anyone!!!

Ppl pay for their caravans, buy all equipment to let ppl have a resent holiday.
COUNCIL STOP BEING SOOOO BLADDY GREEDY.
I understand over 18's, couples, families.
It's the minorities that spoil it for decent ppl.

I think if the vans are kept nice there shouldn't be an age limit.

As long as caravans are clean/tidy and conform with safety aspects then there should not be an age restriction. I am a renter and appreciate van owners renting out their caravans.

If it has to be implemented let it be for all new owners coming onto the site and leave the present owners as they are. If the van meets all safety regs then it's safe for habitation. It's the ones that don't that cause all the problems.

It's disgusting that ELD council can bully people and sweep them aside we the van owners are not going to leydown and die.

This is disgusting. If the vans aren't looked after then fair enough but most people take great care as they love their vans and I for one wouldn't be able to afford a new one.

To expect people to change their caravan is totally unnesseraary, no one tells you to
Move out of a house after so
Long so why should a caravan be different
