As a new owner on kingfisher I hoped to have many years there. I certainly wouldn't have bought a van there had I known this was coming.

These park owners need to be looked at, they are ripping people off with their tactics, lies & rule changes, none better than any other, the law needs changing to protect people ....

There must be legislation to protect caravan owners from the ever changing whims of site owners, that are invariably to the massive detriment of caravan owners.

If the caravan is kept in a good state of repair there should be no age limit imposed

Goalposts constantly move with no overarching legislation to protect owners from unscrupulous working practices to the detriment of ALL owners

Once again the rights of static holiday home owners are usurped in favour of the profit motives of greedy park owners. How many more people have to be disadvantaged before their rights are formally enshrined in law?

If this happens on Kingfisher, it will spread to other sites and impact on people's enjoyment of the opportunity to leave the stressful daily work life and spend precious days relaxing in their vans. Come on EL Council don't be Bosworth. Rescind this deplorable decision now.
