We needs kids on the holiday parks. That is what makes an holiday. Families will come back time + time again. If you stop this, then you will kill the towns + holiday parks.

some older caravans are better built than new caravans this is a stupid rule just aimed at making the fat cats fatter, it will drive caravan owners out of ingoldmells then what will happen?

i fully oppose this proposal as a owner of caravans on other parks. Most owners treat there caravans as well as they treat there homes. Most of the older caravans are looked after better than new ones.

We have 4 caravan on kingfisher which we work extremely hard to keep matained and looked after just for you to decide to take them away from us, it's also disloyal to each and every owner what you are doing to them
Would you like a property buyer to come along and take or order you to leave. I think not

I can understand changing things i.e. Prices, what I disagree with is people that are sited should be exempt, your changes should be relative to any one who take up a new van

This is a diabolical piece of nonsense by some one who does not understand what people go through to be able to afford to own caravan and help to build a site up with friendliness and co-operation

For years we rented before we bought our caravan on Kingfisher. We was told that as long as our caravan was maintained and well looked after it would be allowed on its plot!

Unfair to existing owners. If they want to change the rules it should only apply to those buying after the rule change. People have put good money into their caravans under seemingly false pretences.

Totally unfair & no communication. I only know because of facebook. Kingfisher haven't been in touch!!! We were sold ours in Nov 2015 being told "there is no age limit on Kingfisher so no need to worry"

It's a lovely park the council should have kept up with time instead of standing still
