I am a new owner and this is my first year on kingfisher. I love the site and would be devastated to have to remove my caravan.

So wrong as long as well maintained and not a hazard why should there be a limit esp when they still selling older vans and paying a pittance to buy back

ive previously had 3 vans on this site, and to say im disgusted is an understatement.. so the fact licensees are paying their ground rents at a rate in excess of 2,500 grand per year and those that have faithfully stuck with the park paying said rates on time or early for 20 years or more means nothing to the council.. talk about being treat like crap on their shoe,,, there needs to be some sort of ruling stopping them from doing this,, seems to me this is more to suit coastfields than anyone else

After spending thousands over the last few years upgrading out 17year old van..and keeping clean and tidy in and out...not renting out..our 2nd home...we dont want to have all this taken away because of greed from elsc and coastfields

My parents have a caravan on here and have just started enjoying weeks in it as they are retired to have this put on their doorstep. It's greed.

It just doesn't make sense. So much for loyalty. We have been on site 11 years and know many have been on a lot longer it seems we don't have any rights

Is really upsetting that people are going to get rid of their holiday home because selfish people want to make money out of it. When mine ready to be moved off it will be the end of skeggy for us

I disagree with what has been said about life span of the caravans I was looking forward to spending more time down Skegness as I am due to retire soon and I can't afford to buy another caravan when I purchased the caravan there was no mention of lifespan I was told that it would be as long as it is kept in good condition that I could keep my caravan on there for as long as I needed to

It Is varying from around 22 year upwards but you can't sell privately if van is over 15yrs must be sold to Coastfields

This will mean many people will lose their caravan and be out of pocket just because of their age. I would lose mine!!!!

Consultation with the people this affects not bulldozing through change and leaving CUSTOMERS with uncertainty is what we want
