The song by Amy Grant comes to mind.."They pave paradise and put up a parking lot". Jamaica has so many beautiful places for visitors to go to - it is important to keep some things the same...the sacred same way they are and to give the people of that beautiful country a beach they can go to at any time they need to feel the peace and tranquility the sea has to offer them.

I watch parts unknown 2 days ago on CNN. Winifred beach was featured and I could see how important this place is for locals. I support its preservation for the people of Portland.
