Leave our beach alone. Buy another beach in Italy or France but leave our beach alone. Jamaica government if you sell your land then that"Jamaica Land We Love" will be no more.

GOJ must protect access to beaches for all Jamaicans and follow Barbados lead by making it the law. Tourism and catering to corporate/wealthy interests must never take precedence over protecting the environment that sustains us.

As an adult I hold many a memory of this beach as my both parents hail from this parish. It is one of the most beautiful, untouched beaches in the country. The locals take pride in keeping it clean and have been doing so for years with no help from private entities. We should let it remain as it is

Save Winnifred. We need to keep a piece of Paradise for US. Cyaan sell out everyting like seh a ben down market. If they want to develop the area, build home that the locals can benefit.

I support you 100% and wish you best of luck...we will and must fight for our rights. UDC will not sell this beach to Chris Blackwell or whomever...NOT OVER OUR DEAD BODIES!!

Winnifred Beach was my home away from home during my 2 years living in Jamaica and it is so important to the community for it to remain public.
