The current momentum has created enough pressure to secure a meeting with legal counsel to review our formal appeal strategy. We are now preparing the necessary documentation to present these signatures to the district office.

I met Wayne a few years ago through a mutual acquaintance , we have since than become good friends. Wayne is a good guy and very trustworthy . I have a small business and would be willing to give him all the work I can if he can supply me with a work permit .
I have known wayne for over 10 years.Since being here he hasbecome a husband, and a father and has many friends who love and always support him.Wayne is a loving ,trusting and honest person and a hard worker and would do anything for anyone.Wayne is not a threat to society. Please reconsider your decision and allow wayne to stay.
I have know Wayne Tunstall for many years, this man is a very hard working loving family man... This deportation is would be a hardship on his wife and little five year old child who needs her father. Please reconsider your decision and allow this man to stay with his family where he belongs. I have known Wayne for a couple of years and in all the time I see him as a loving family man. l have never seen him raise his voice or seen him angry I don't think he is a threat to society.
Please allow Wayne to remain in the United States while he works to remedy this situation. He is a man that wants to support and be there for his child while she grows up and it would be unfair to her if her father were sent away. It would be a tragedy to separate this family, when he has never harmed anyone.

I love my husband with all my heart. he is a loving, kind, gentle man.Who I know loves me and our kids very much.My husband has been in America for a very long time as he was only19 years old when he signed a waiver he dudnt atvtime understand what he was signing because just the excitement coming to America... I understand back in1997 he had done something foolish but that was 17 years ago. As well as we are husband and wife we are a couple that does same ad every other. We argue we may dislikes in each others decisions.My husband would never hurt me or my children nor anyone on the streets. In the years I have been with Wayne I never heard one thing bad about him. As I hear myself they all enjoy Waynes company. People make mistakes in life and my husbands mistake was not going back to UK 20 yesrs ago.But he didnt make a mistake by marrying me and having our chilren. Wayne is a wonderful husband nobody can ask for better.He is a fantastic father to our daughter as well as his step children. All the kids adore there father and is wripping our family apart because of a simple mistake..Please let our family be together again allow my husband watch his children grow, allow these children have a father.I dont want our children grow up to hate, because thsts whats going to happen.
