Wax Trax! I spent much of my formative years there. So much more than a record store or a label. A cultural institution! Please bestow landmark status on this location.

This place is such an iconic institution. Can you even say record store without Wax Trax coming into your mind. Absolute classic with roots running so deep into the Chicago underground, it would be a shame to lose it and watch it get washed away by some other development. Wax Trax forever!
