I can't even put into words how important Wax Trax! was in my youth....I remember going there and whgere every bin was even to this day...and think of all the music I was exposed to there that I NEVER would have found anywhere else. I treasure the cassettes and vinyl that I bought there to this very day and have never parted with a single item from there!

The building where WAXTRAX Records formerly resided should be designated landmark status. It was an institution in its day and the influence is still felt.
