Wax Trax is an institution musically, in the same vein as Abbey Road, or Electric Ladyland, for the electronic music fandom.

Wax Trax! has significant historical value to the history of industrial and electronic music. It would be a shame to not protect that history.

Please save what is left to be saved. spent many a days and nights on that street when my dad lived on that block back in the 70s. Many live music bars like Orphans close by, even a grocery store south down that block. lincoln avenue was a happening place back in the 60s and 70s

For the love of subculture & the past, present & future generations give Wax Trax their due credit. A Chicago legacy that needs to be respected for all its worth!

I loved wax Trax growing up ! It was a great record store and upstairs they had shoes and clothes. I bought some kick ass music there. This was in the 80's. It was a great scene.

It's my pleasure to add my name & signature to this important document. I am proud to be ''one of the guys'' who remembers Wax Trax, great '80s, Joy Division, Tuxedomoon, Durutti Column, LPD, 4AD & Factory among many other names that develop famous Wax Trax of Chicago.
INDUSTRIAL WILL NEVER DIE!!!!!
