Traffic volume on St Fagans Road is far too heavy in recent years and bringing a glut of new residents into the area in such a critical & busy area is unwise.

This property development will bring parking chaos particularly to Fairwater Grove East and West where many residents are already unable to park near to their own property due to the volume of vehicles.

This is outrageous - where are all the vehicles going to go? Not only that, it will be incredibly noisy being surrounded by main roads and a railway station

While I support the development of the land to provide a local public transport hub, adding a seven storey building to the plot is inappropriate for the area and other options should be considered

The change in the planning from solely bus station to include a 7 storey block of flats right next to a noisy railway at a very busy dual carriageway junction where pollution is high has not been consulted on with the community. I feel this would be subpar ‘slum’ housing.

Public consultation required. I consider the site unsuitable for what CCC are considering. Before more money is thrown at this proposal, local issues, ie household rubbish collection and road surface conditions need to be addressed.

I object strongly to this development in its current state. The current infrastructure simply cannot absorb 50 flats and the people/vehicles/ personal needs this entails.

This proposal seems inappropriate and out of proportion for an area with existing traffic congestion on this busy junction, and problems with people using surrounding residential streets for parking. Not opposed to some kind of residential development there, but not on this scale. Park and Ride seems a sensible use of the site, or at least a combination of residential and parking for the station?

The site is completely unsuitable for the proposed development. Squeezing shops, offices, buses and so much accommodation on such a small plot will create so many problems for the local community not least by the ridiculous suggestion of offering ALL users of the site (residents, visitors and workers) parking spaces on St Fagans Road, Fairwater Grove West, Davies Place, Norbury Road etc. See page 42 of the consultation doc. as NO parking spaces are planned for the site.
