We the undersigned are calling on Cardiff Council not to proceed with the current proposals until residents of Fairwater, Llandaff, and the wider community have been given a choice on a range of optional schemes. As the proposed scheme is unacceptable in its current format. We are opposed to this development

We need a recycling centre, with the new housing development at top of danescourt and the new proposed school development, traffic is going to be far worse than it is now,and housing people with mental disorders or criminal backgrounds near a school is outrageous ! No thought again just pound signs !

Poorly thought out idea- plans do not consider the residents living nearby and the issues they currently face

This proposed development would have a negative impact on the local area, its residents and the environment.

The area and roads are already extremely busy. This will further damage the surrounding environment, over crowding, and pollution will increase.

Am not immediately affected but anything which increases traffic in the Llandaf/Fairwater area given the existing levels and planned housing development. Also still onfuriated by the closure of the recycling centre

This will cause untold amounts of disruption to the area that already has a serious issue with parking and traffic flow as it is. The influx of residents with cars and turning into that build will cause a serious issue with traffic backing up onto Western avenue thus creating traffic as well as a potential dangerous environment.

We oppose these plans on the basis of a huge amount of traffic in an already busy residential area. We do not need a bus station or temporary social accommodation. We need the recycling centre reopened

I object to the building of this development. A tower block of 7 storeys is not inkeeping with the area and is invasive on the houses in the local atea which it wwould overlook. The traffic situation in that area is horrendous as it is, it can take 45 mins to just get down st fagans road in rush hour. The high turnover of residents that would be placed in the tempoary accommodation element does not blend with the family, safety and residential make up of the area. What about the additional need for school spaces, doctors, nursery spaces, large supermarket, dentists. There is no real need for smal retail as there is llandaff village, The Green, shops on plasmawr road and at Waungron. Trre has bern a very large housing estate built at the other end of fairwater and this is already impacting traffic flow and ammenities.
