New houses are being built all around why build them on a very busy junction where the traffic is dreadful already and putting a bus terminal as well.

I am a local resident. This needs to be stopped!

Not in keeping with any of the surrounding residential area. The vehicles of residents and staff of the offices and retail units will contribute to already congested traffic flow and parking issues!

The lack of residence parking facilities is a real issue and I don’t understand how 50 homes can be built without any consideration for parking.

The construction alone would cause months of confusion and disruption needless to say when completed the additional numbers in traffic would be unacceptable with additional parking.

What a stupid idea to build flats on the proposed sight. Almost as stupid as closing the most successful recycling centre in the first place. Come on Cardiff Council get something right for once !

Strongy oppose this development, parking already a major issue in the area.

Parking is already a nightmare in Fairwater Grove East and West and this proposed project will add to the problem.

I don’t believe enough thought has gone into this current proposal and the after effects it will have on traffic, parking, local residents, surrounding areas and further will be impacted. It seems the local residents have not been considered at all when drawing up this proposal and the huge impact it will have on a daily basis.

The council needs to rethink this idea the junction is already extremely busy with traffic, 50 flats is not going to help the situation. Residents should be consulted for their input to ideas.

Not happy about the proposed development, this junction is already very busy. It would be overcrowded and unsafe.,

I am opposed to the plans

This would be detrimental for the area for several reasons. The plans do not seem well considered particularly in terms of pollution, traffic and parking.

I strongly oppose the development of 50 Council flats at the site of the old Waungron refuse Centre.
