The proposal is far too big for the site and us out if keeping with the architecture of the area. The bus interchange is unnecessary and will not increase the projected footfall. Also there is very limited parking proposed that will directly impact the site’s neighbours.

Really against seven storey buildings, not keeping with the area, plus the 50 flats with no parking and they will park in the Groves
