Not providing parking is just not realistic. Does this mean there will be public transport available 24/7? How are residents who work nights and weekends supposed to get home safely without a car? Where are the cycle lanes? Parking is already heavily congested in this area

I object to the proposal as the roads are at breaking point already outside this area and the proposal will create far more traffic. Also I am concerned about the half way houses as this may bring house prices down.

This is over intensification of the site. There is insufficient parking for each of the flats. From my experience as an EHO working within the field of housing this type of development will lead to anti social behaviour problems in a good neighbour hood.

As a local resident, I strongly oppose this proposed development in its current form.
1. It is not in keeping with the style of the surrounding area.
2. Thought has not been put into the availability of parking by residents of the development - it is naive to think they will not possess cars and will only use public transport/bikes. This in turn will create an unacceptable use of the surrounding residential roads for parking, which are already at capacity.
3. The proposed development is in a position completely surrounded by busy roads and rail link. Air quality will not be conducive to healthy living.
4. It is already extremely difficult to turn into and out of Fairwater Grove West and the development will further intensify the problem.

Very sly under the radar tactics at play here. Profiteering on the back of alleged good cause. How can you stop people who live in these flats from owning a car. Parking on Fgw and Fge is already a nightmare. Stop this and put something in for the community

Absolutely no thought has gone into this planning. It is not suitable for flats especially 7 stories also bulding this type of property will result in an increase in crime drug dealing using begging. Totally inappropriate

It is unacceptable to build 50 residences with no parking provision . Some residences are two bedroom it is naive to hope people will solely use public transport particularly as it next to a rail station where at the best of times trains do not even run on a sunday and bus fares add up to more than running a car over a year .

We the local residents have not been consulted at all when these proposals have been released ! surely this process has been flawed from the start!!! These plans will have a huge impact on a daily basis. It feels as though this has been rushed and is very underhanded! I don’t believe enough thought has gone into this proposal, the new plans have not included parking which is ridiculous, and they are suggesting that these residents won't have cars!!!

Absolutely opposed to this, it would be completely disastrous to the area. I feel the council and developers have to listen to the residents of waungron road and fairwater!

As a resident nearby this proposed development I do not support it at all. The junction is a very busy junction and I believe that the access to the flats and retail area would cause further congestion and risk in an area that already frequently sees collisions. In addition to this I feel the lack of planning for parking of these residents add further risk. The area is also frequently subjected to flash flooding.
