Cardiff council have shown contempt for local residents time & time again. WE the people do NOT want this development. WE are the people who give you OUR vote - WE will make sure you are removed from power if our wishes are disregarded.

A proposed 7storey 50 x 1/2 bed council flats on Waungron Road. Please sign if you object. I object for the following reasons: -This building is not in keeping with any of the residential properties /surrounding streets (with nearby flats at a max. of 3 storeys) -This junction is extremely busy at rush hour (outside of lockdown) and is already a bottle neck (soon to get busier with the numerous housing developments along Llantrisant Road) The residents of the flats will contribute to the parking and traffic flow issue. (A traffic flow test will not identify the reality of the traffic in the area until post lockdown.) - the staff of the proposed office and retail outlets will contribute to the parking and traffic flow issue, no consideration for parking is included in this development. - a recycling centre is required in Cardiff West, fly tipping has increased dramatically since the closure of the recycling centre.

Development of this site without car parking and with considerable density is clearly being done purely for profit.

An unreasonable development which obviously hasn’t considered the residents, Heath, safety and environment and infrastructure implementations !!

Traffic is the issue here, getting out of Fairwater and parking in this area is ridiculous already.

Traffic is as bad as it can get here. No parking, the added influx of pending heavy traffic to come from the HUGE estate being built om Llantrisant road plus it’s not a fit for the Llandaff residents

This application is disproportionate for the site and location. Should be scaled down greatly!!!

7 storey flats in an area of low rise, residential homes.! I live in Davies Place, a street chosen for its seclusion and privacy- these flats will overlook our homes and gardens. Also concerned with the " temporary " residents who require supervision- already have problems with drugs/ alcohol users loitering in alley at rear and council have refused to gate it.

More traffic, more cars trying to park in a area that’s already over flowing! The area could be put to better use not just thinking about money !

The site and the area cannot cope with the scale of the development. Grave concerns as to the nature of the development. I live alone with my two children within a stone’s throw of the site and am worried.

This plot should be a recycling centre again that is what is needed in the area not flats

I am disgusted and strongly protest against building this horrible development. It is too tall and right in the middle of an already congested area massive traffic where the pollution is already high and you want to stick people into a development. We should be reducing our pollution and Cardiff Council can help by using this site for what is should be its real purpose by being a recycling centre for the larger community..
