A 7 storey block of flats in this area. What an eyesore! Not to mention how busy the roads currently are in that area, and the amount of children having to cross around there. Please, please rethink. This would be a catastrophe. The air quality in Llandaff is already awful.

This is not a great location for 50 flats with only 15 parking spaces and the height of the structure causing excess shade for the houses opposite.

Please consider this scheme in line with the remodelling of the Lakeside Shopping Centre. Give the community something it needs, not what makes the Council the most money

the development is far to big for the site. there are currently 2 commercial units empty opposite. there aren't any parking facilities.

Disagree with what you have planned the traffic is already busy on St Fagans Road and children have to cross here everyday to get to school.

Ridiculous proposal. Sly and underhand tactic by CC to redress their financial situation by making a 'quick buck' (£ per square metre) on what is actually a very small site. Parking and traffic would be a huge concern as well as the impact of temporary residents on what is otherwise a family / elderly low-rise residential area. Might I propose saving money by cutting the Chief Executive's/Management team's obscene salaries first? Totally opposed.

I DO NOT want to live opposite or look out of my windows and see a 7 storey block of council flats that is not at all in-keeping with the local area that I have lived in all my life. There has been no consideration for how this will affect the residents of this area and impact on our local community.

Hi,
Traffic is currently terrible prior to this development - there will be many more accidents around by the junction between Wayne Gron and Fairwater Grove West
We live on FGW and it’s become a busy road, will get worse with the development
Not even mentioning the parking issues which will get far worse
This development cannot go ahead!
