the design is too big- too tall, too many apartments, not enough parking

Such a tall building with 50 flats in a very confined space, right on a junction and train line . What an awful place to life

Wrong place for flats, the junction is to busy ,stick to original plan for a transport hub.

This junction is far too busy as it is. Regular accidents, more traffic would be a nightmare

Totally out of keeping with the area and make current difficult traffic problems much worse

Council properties are good but this is way too big for this particular site and area.

Unacceptable proposal, not in keeping with local residential homes and a huge eyesore at 7 storeys with zero parking, not to mention the already hectic road layout that needs a rethink

This junction is way too busy as it is. Car park for the train station is a much better idea.

It's not about the homes, the developers never add in the infrastructure to support. The traffic, the parking, where do all these kids go to school, what Dr's do they all sign up to? They never think of these things before they whack a load of flats up

It would make a very busy area too busy. Also the high rise of 7 stories wouldn’t be in keeping with the area.

A terrible idea. Would not fit in with the area aesthetically and would add more congestion to an already congested area. Please rethink and keep residents better informed.

Turn it back into a much needed recycling centre.
