In support of a transport exchange and local retail but the size of the residential development is too significant and would be too dominant in what is a typically two storey residential area.

I can’t think of a more inappropriate use for ‘‘tis piece of land .
It should be reinstated to a recycling centre.
How are people to access it on such a busy road.

Totally out of keeping with the neighbourhood and the bus interchange seems little more than a cut through for buses to avoid the lights.
This will create more traffic problems that it'll solve with town-bound buses having to turn right into the development.
Leave these multi-story flat developments to city centre.

Think it’s disgusting lived here all my life bring back the waste recycling centre as mire central than the others never had any problems Before so why should we put up with this now

Absolutely ridiculous, the traffic in this area is mayhem at the best of times.
Haven't we got enough building in pentrebane going in.....!

As a resident of the area for over 40 years, the amount of development in this space is very worrying. With all the other building in this area and beyond, this will not be a practical solution to the space.

How Cardiff Council & Geraint John planning can think a 7 storey block of flats is in keeping with the local area is beyond me. It’s also against their own tall buildings planning policies. That’s without even thinking about all the other issues this development brings. Make sure you both sign this petition & respond to the consultation & Cardiff Council with your concerns directly!

This is an ill considered proposal for an already congested area. A smaller scale building would be more suitable with integrated parking.

Stop the proposed development trying to get out on to st Fagans Road in mornings and evenings is just absurd with the traffic

This will increase the traffic on Old St Fagans Road with people avoiding the bus entrance on Western Ave. St Fagans Road already has a large amount of traffic some at excessive speeds. Very dangerous to all pedestrians particularly children and elderly

This proposal is ludicrous! It’s as though the developers have just made a horrific wish list of things they can stick in this relatively tiny space to make a quick buck, take the money and run, leaving the area in total chaos. I urge the developers and anyone on an application board to come and join the morning traffic from Waungron rd. as it is, it’s slow going ! Other concerns about levels of pollution, light blockage, noise, privacy, pressure on local services, parking all add up to a great big No Thanks! From me.

Ridiculous plans the area is to small the roads around their are grind locked at rush hours traffic is horrific, plus and 50+ cars, More air pollution, congestion, overcrowding. The flats will be backing on to houses, the drains won't take all extra waste plus the round is not big enough for a bus terminal how are buses going to get In and out onto the road with all the traffic.. The planning is all wrong

Cardiff Council are nothing but a bunch of corrupt crooks. After many years of lies when closing down the recycling plant they now want to add more traffic & pollution in the Fairwater area CF5. Remember people we all vote so let’s see who support this & make sure they know they’ll lose.

I don't think a 7 storey (!!!) building is in keeping with the surrounding skyline at all - totally unsuitable. I am not opposed to flats as such, but not that many, not that high and certainly with car parking facilities of some sorts, otherwise where will all the visitors park? NOT Fairwater Grove West!!! Also, why can't the bus terminal be incorporated into the development on Ely Bridge, it could fit in perfectly there - it will cause CHAOS in Waungron Road.......a place which is already chaotic enough in the mornings. No - absolutely not.
