This will cause mayhem the road is busy enough without adding more development

Absolutely terrible idea due to traffic, unfair on local residents having flats looking over there own property. The whole idea will look out of place for the area.

As ever Cardiff council ignore the requests of residents and act on those of developers.

The structure is wholly inappropriate for a residential area and is far to overbearing. An explanation needs to be made regards the temporary accommodation facilities as to what that means, is there a specific cohort to be housed in this accommodation.

Re-open the recycling centre, the local residents did not want it to close in the first place.

Should put it back as the recycling centre as this was real helpful to all that lived in and around the area, this junction is busy enough at the best of times yet the plans are for the terminal/Station there ridiculous if you ask me put it back to how it was

This is an overbearing proposal out of character for the area (period property and a park).

Absolutely not! This would cause a lot of chaos in an already busy area!

Busy enough road without this adding to more chaos. Where is the other recycling centre to replace it as well?

Worried about temporary accommodation because there is always trouble with the accommodation which houses people on a temporary basis further up Ely Road

How out of place why is this needed next to a railway station just another excuse to make money

Not that this will make any difference because everything will have been agreed and approved a long time ago. Eyesore where are all these people park?

A high density development on such a busy intersection has just not been thought out properly. A definite NO

Just no

Multiple issues with this potential development, not in keeping with the local area, no parking, road system already over crowded and junction an accident waiting to happen.

I think a block of flats would look out of sorts parking would be crasy buy there with the traffic flow especially with buses too...

All for building homes but this is the wrong design and location.
