Object to this development,the road junction is busy already, the parking in the area is already difficult-if traffic is backed up in FGWest then traffic uses Prospect Drive as a rat run-the building is not in keeping with the area

The proposal is not appropriate to this site or area. Building accommodation units on a small triangular site surrounded by major roads on two sides and a railway line on the third cannot be right. It would add to the major congestion and air pollution that is already experienced at that junction and to the considerable parking problems currently experienced by local residents. There are several major new developments underway nearby that will generate traffic to further congest the area, There is also expansion work planned at the local school,. The area simply cannot support this project. Serious consideration should be given to the resident’s wishes for the much missed recycling centre to be reinstated.

The current trafic controls are not fit for purpose - and flooding is becoming a real issue especially under the bridge at waun gron park station - the drains can’t cope and if I’m honest a new recycling centre would be more beneficial for the community!

This would heighten the traffic problem even more. The crossroads just before the site is already a concern to residents. The proposed tall building would be completely out of character in the local area. The air pollution is already poor due to main road. I feel that a bus terminal on this busy crossroads would be chaotic. Think of local residents and the environment in the first instance please.

I object to these proposals going ahead, This building is not in keeping with the area. The traffic and parking nearby is already dreadful .I am also greatly concerned about the levels of air pollution with a bus station close by . Please please please do not approve these proposals . Please use this area of land to be of service to the local community which is well needed.
