I went to the mental health center once when I couldn’t sleep well at night, the service is absolutely useless. The shrink just asked me to talk about my issue, and didn’t give me any advice. She then assigned me to another waterloo student whom i assume was doing her coop on campus. They both were extremely unprofessional and absolutely useless!

Encourage faculty to redesign courses and teaching practices to encourage cooperation and mutual support among students rather than fostering competition

We should work on this together. The suicides should be brought to everyone’ s attention. Sometimes we may have to be challenged by negative feelings but we should always be there for each other and so we are brave enough to learn from those tough periods in life.

We are equal, we just walk different paths and pay different prices to get the same thing: meaning in life.
