My water bill spiked yet I still paid the same amount every month to ensure I was making payments to cover each month until this all gets resolved, yet my bill is still $500? No way, it needs fixed and credited.

Have a rental property with 2 tenants, in one day the city told me the house used enough water to fill a swimming pool and then told me I needed to check for leaks, or running toilets??! I told them i didn't have a swimming pool

I support this petition on behalf of all the customers who are being dismissed and unheard on this matter.

They should check to codes they are using when they set up accounts for the first time. Something is still seriously wrong

High utility bills are taxation without representation... extortionary practices and should be illegal.

To this day, the city’s software is inconsistent whether it is the text messages or emails. I for one have been keeping a record and will gladly provide upon request!

The city of Billings is out of control. City Manager needs to be let go.

My usual $200 summer water bill spiked to over $1000 in one bill period. This is over 136,000 gallons. Normal summer usage is 20-25,000. Yet the city claims no error.

We need answers!

This is BS. We are getting hosed.

The water usage reported was 27 THOUSAND gallons for one billing period and 26 THOUSAND gallons for the next. How is this possible? Compared to our usage to this year, it is about 20,000 gallons off!!!! There were no leaks. No excessive water usage. How can they explain that we used enough water to fill not one, but TWO residential sized swimming pools? We don't even have a pool. This is not ok

I personally was overcharged, but not as bad as many. There is no way some of the charges were correct.

My water bill flew up even more than when we had an actual confirmed leak. The worst part is we had one less person living here, a new high efficiency washer and dryer, our sprinklers weren't on, and we traveled out of town for 1.5 weeks of that astronomical hisht water usage. Ridiculous.

My water bill use to be 52 dollars a month then over a three month course I was paying 900 dollars and to top it off the lady admitted to me that my meter wasn’t working so she charged from last year usage which at the time I had a leak. Got it all on video

I moved out of state 3 months ago. My water bill and reported consumption have nearly doubled since the previous year when I actually lived in the house.

I’ve been paying $100 a month for a year and my bill stays in the $400s because I’m paying last years and then my monthly bill I have now . Ridiculous

My water bill has been 300$ for a year and its me and my wife we have 0 sprinklers and this is ridiculous i do not use 300$ in water every month

I payed many of the large bills I received just so our water would not be shut off. I was told many time that they would all be reimbursed when the problem was resolved. I still have a giant balance with no resolution.
