Water Heaters in BAD shape since handover

Leakage in solar heater is a very common problem after 2-3 year and they don’t change or replace it. Its a nightmare to follow it up on mails

Owner of Villa 257 , Amaranta B Actually, It is a very serious issue that affects my family directly. So we need the developer "Dubai Properties" (DP ) take immediate action to replace the defective solar water heaters. 00971503037149

Water heater defect

We have not been toold about the maintenance requirements in order to keep the warranty. The equipment is yet below half life of warranted lifetime and required repairs

Plz take notice of it .

Water heater stopped working and no hot water anymore

We have been conplaining about this even durring the DLP handover period and no action taken

DP warranty certificate given to owners clearly says no conditions for warranty which is not what FJT agrees with.

We will be moving in next month and I want my heater to get checked before we face any serious damage to anyone living in the house .

Warranty should be adhered to and DP should take full responsibility for the contractors they appoint to complete the work. It's unjust for DP to take their hands off issues arising from contractors THEY appointed to complete work and represent DP directly.

Amaranta B, Villa 227. Water heater has been rusty since handover and it was not fitted with the correct pressure relief (not even as per the as-built drawings received from DP).

Amaranta 2 villa 327, rusted water heater and components, not working anymore

Im the owner of villa 16 amaranta 2. water heater damaged and rusted. Supplier alleged that warranty is invalid . The issue was raised with DP but unfortunately no action is taken.
