Water heater is rusty and it will break anytime m. I have asked DP about the warranty and asked to contact supplier. Supplier said they warranty is void due to no maintenance been carried out.

I’ve had several issues and though DP has given a warranty certificate. Faisal Jassim dishonors any claim stating that DP has not met their end of the requirements and hence the warranty is void.

The issue continues with rusty water and leaking solar water tank, even during the DLP period they didn’t take proper action

Water heater quality is very bad.
I am asking your respectful management to take similar actions to the waterpump and replace it.
