The park is a brilliant part of watcombe and the dtate it is allowed to get in is horrendous, It needs more bins, regular checks for broken glass and tegulat maintainance. Bring back the junior dtreet gardens give then kids the power to help. Aldo the tree situatuon is todiculous speaking as a gouse hold who's tree fell on the house as the tree had died and being told by housing our responsibility and threatened with bills etc is beyond unfair. we pay a charge to look afted the estate and cant tell you the last time i saw the 6 ft stinging nettles and thirb bush were chopped by the council as we did it 2 years ago due to the thorns stick in our child and dogs feet and causing a fairly big vet bill. If your goubg to charge us to care for the conmunity then you should be looking after it!!

I feel area is not clear or safe for my 3 children paths covered in weeds grass cut in patches the park unsafe glass needs etc every where n noise from people working on cars n mess at night

It's becoming a slum. The council don't care because the Conservative Mayor is incompetant and should be voted out.

The way watcombe is being neglected by Torbay council is a disgrace , all the other parks seen by tourist etc are well maintained and a nice place to visit. I've never once seen the council there, sort it out.

A council estate probably raises as much council tax per square metre as marine drive but gets nowhere near the care.

It's about time they sorted the grass and the trees out ,the trees have got that overgrown that anyone could hide in the growth off the trunk and mug someone and you wouldn't even know they were there .

My children can't even walk down our rd without the danger of getting a face full of thorns and dodging low branches of trees, Torquay used to be a lovely place to live, we pay more council tax and get less results!
