This would also have a heavy impact on traffic in the area were the area already has streaky traffic along with multiple school bus stops. This would also put a negative impact on the price of homes in the area. Could possibly bring crime to the surrounding homes and communities. Would also contaminate the river bottom and washes in area as it would be in a flood plain and oil, paints and other chemical products could run off into washes and rivers. Overall this would be a very negative impact to the area.
