There are a lot of open space west of the 303 away from communities which are not much further away. That intersection is too busy already and it already have too many accidents. There is no easy detour in that area. Being next to Happy Valley will decrease a LOT of people’s property value. Also do not want the smell that comes from it in our neighborhood. This was not in the disclosure when we bought here, so I won’t be surprised if a lot of people will use that as legal reason against it.

I do not want to live by a recycling station or a landfill. These cause odors that are unpleasant and noises. I don't understand why the facility can't go further out of the city limits.

Please do not allow this location to be zoned as an industrial site. This is a residential area that does not need the addition of a waste transfer station. Please find a place farther away from family homes. Please do not reduce our property values, and infest us with more bugs, birds, and rodents.
