This is way too close to numerous communities. Whoever thinks this is a good spot should purchase a home within a few miles & rethink their decisions!

The spot planed for this is near a community with walking trails and parks. We pay high HOA dues to cover the maintenance of our parks and trail. In the summer heat our community will be unable to enjoy any of this with the smell of cooking garbage. Our home values have been rising steadily for the past few years, having garbage trucks and garbage odor will halt that. Building this in a family community should not even be an option.

This is no place for a landfill. There are many custom homes within close proxmity that would be greatly affected in a negative way.

A landfill would destroy the beautiful community we have all worked so hard for. Please move the landfill to a less populated area where it won’t effect property values, congest busy roadways and destroy a beautifully established neighborhood.

I do not want a landfill at 115th Ave and Happy Valley. This area is being built up with homes and shops, terrible place for a landfill.

I do not agree with or approve of this landfill to be placed in the middle of a community of children, adults, seniors, pets, etc. I did not move here to live in a dump. Please move it farther out into the dessert where people aren't inhabiting the area.
