I have lived in Vistancia for 15 years and there was never a waste dumping station planned this close to what was touted as the #1 community in the USA. It would be an absolute shame.

We do not want want this waste station to be near our homes. It will ruin the air that we have here. It is pretty absurd to have it near homes, schools and parks. Please keep this out of our community.

We moved here six months ago for the beauty, peace, quiet, clean, safe living environment. We are strongly opposed to a transfer station in our backyard!

I think the idea of a trash transfer station off Happy Valley is a horrible idea. It litters the streets with obnoxious trash and clutter in addition to being an eyesore!
