Re-zoning land in a well developed , beautiful residential area to a toxic, garbage filled transfer station is not an option. You will stop economic development and families and tax payers from moving into this Community.

Please don’t let this happen to a beautiful residential area and the surrounding residential areas. Additional residential or Light commercial would be muuch more beneficial and maintain the quiet enjoyment of the residents who live, work and drive through the area. Thank you.

We have lived in this area for 20 years now. Have watched many changes over the years. We do not want our property, health, or traffic to be impacted by this disgusting proposal in or near where we raise our families.

Waste transfer station means dump. Wake up people! The water table is vulnerable and for a lot of us down hill from there. Peoria city should be protecting us from exactly that. Dumps should be placed before the people’s homes to avoid these types of conflicts. We can’t move our homes but they can truck trash and probable hazardous materials anywhere at this point.

This is the middle of many residential developments. Why do you hate us?

There are a lot of other locations that do not present the traffic, noise, smell and overall safety problems as the proposed location does. This is simply poor planning and lack of concern for neighbors.

Do NOT put this in our community. Find different open land elsewhere.

We DO NOT need a waste station located near residential homes. With the abundance of space in the desert, why does Peoria think it’s a good idea to put one so close to homes? RIDICULOUS

We do not need this in our area. I adamantly oppose this project and our elected leaders need to listen and act to stop this.

Please do not allow the re zoning. We just bought a new home here and had no idea Thai was being proposed. Our home value will be reduced.

Possible health risks, roadway damage due to heavy trash hauling vehicles, the smell. Only a few reasons not to put in a waste transfer station so close to residential.

This is NOT the place for a DUMP! You’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to beautify Happy Valley between Lake Pleasant and the 303 and NOW you want a dump there! NO!
