I am a resident of Crossriver. I believe this project is not suitable for this neighborhood or the surrounding community. i am adamantly against it and ask that the supervisors vote against it.

We do not want this built in our community. It will bring down the value of our homes, increased traffic & we already have enough issues with that intersection.

Terrible for the Dos Rios/Crossriver Community!! Terrible for the areas homeowner values - This needs to be something on the outskirts of town - Not on the main access road of our Master Planned Community.

This would destroy property values throughout all surrounding neighbourhoods! It would be an eyesore and attract all types of vermin and scavengers, birds, bugs, and rodents! The smells would carry to our homes.

The intersection of 115th and Happy Valley is already dangerous enough. The already approved QT is going to make it even worse - I cannot imagine the danger mixing the huge increase of heavy industrial traffic into the mix. Terrible decision on the part of County Planners!!!

This is unwanted by the community and it’s homeowners. Our roads cannot support the additional traffic, much less the industrial sized vehicles that will be coming in and out of the facility. This facility is too close to residences. We do not want the noise pollution, air pollution and odors this will bring to the surrounding homes.

I don't not want heavy industrial zoning in the center of our community. Do not allow this rezoning. This area is for homes.
