Totally agree. We need a warning first and a time frame to make the correction

Realtors have all been extremely upset about this n have said something needs to be done to correct this problem. A simple email giving us a day to fix the problem is the solution. Thank you.

I have received several fines in the last I have taken up for agreement and judgement was in my favor but the process was lengthy and took the time of way too many people including myself. So I simply paid them. I support this change. Errors occur no one is above them. Being notified and given time to make appropriate changes is the right way to operate.

I totally agree with this. The QAR should exist as support for brokers, not simply to police them.

Let’s put the “art” back in pARTnership. Mistakes will be made and let’s figure out how to avoid repeating those errors. We’re human. Help us learn in order for us to grow together.

It’s just common sense. We are all human and make errors. A warning before a fine is just logical.

I totally agree..When I worked as a secretary, it was my job to help him or her, not fine them

24 hours notice via email prior to fine.
