I have my retirement property within 3 miles of the proposed site. Why not build it in Olympia where they have all the shipping abilities they would ever need. Thanks Governor.

if its so great. let them do it in BC ... all they do is pollute our Columbia river as it is now and nothing is ever done to stop them.. this is just as bad as having an oil refinery on the coast as Inslee just said no to...

I've been hiking and boating in this area for over 40 years. It would be a Crime to destory this beautiful natural area with Hi-Test Sand's pollution, No Smelter!

We as a community, have our way of life, our future for our children, and our own future to lose ,if this smelter is built. What does Hi-Test have to lose? Ask PUD..They know the exact numbers. In my estimation, profit before people never works well, for the people.....Hi-Test you are the devil..
