I honestly never expected this much kindness when I started this as a small way to show my heart for my work. Reading your notes has been overwhelming in the best way and it reminds me why I love being part of this team.

Wandy Brito is a great employee. Always Helping anybody that needs support. Wandy Brito dose what House manager ask of him and more. It makes me sad that he was let go when he has proven to work above and beyond his expectations as a Youth Care Worker, even fulfilling upper management work. I could call Wandy at 1:00 am and ask him a question of something that’s going on or anything that I need and he will answer unlike other employee in higher positions that won’t even bother to help. He Should be brought back to work here and help this company grown.

Wandy is a great employee and coworker. He goes above and beyond to ensure that we as a whole do our jobs and work as a team. And not only in his cottage but others as well.
Wandy Is amazing person who was doing terrific job, he always able to support and help when we ask him. Excellent human being I believe if raising ground have a house manager with the compasión, team work like wandy has it will be a huge difference in the company.
I meet Brito at the job , and since that day I knew he was a great person, Brito is a great person, and great worker he loves his job like nobody else, very dedicated and knowledgeable person, very humble and professional and responsible for my opinion he deserve his position and better than that .
He’s a incredible coworker and deserves to be here

Wandy Brito is the hardest working staff this campus has. Whenever any staff has a question on anything we all know to contact him. Ever single YCW IN POH can vouch for him and say he is truly amazing at what he does and the service he provides to the minors that we support in POH is incredible. He is always able to support any house no matter what situation they are facing. Rising Grounds was lucky to have someone like him and losing him is like losing a needle in a hay stack. He is an employee that every work place wishes they had. The knowledge he possess about this field is immense and he truly deserves to be back with us again.
