That road has been a hazardous one for the last 30 years that I’ve seen it. And with the increase in vehicles it’s downright dangerous for anyone to be sharing the road. A bike path/walking path would at least give the pedestrians and cyclists a safer option while using the road.

The increase of semi trucks and vehicles using Salmon River Rd has significantly increased. I really do hope the school district realizes how unsafe this area is, for children to be walking along those straight stretches.

Yes please. They say share the road but that is not possible to do safely. Children should be able to ride their bikes, horses, tractors, pedestrians vehicles at a reasonable speed that they could slow down in time for the t”traffic”on salmon. Families let’s take back Salmon River Road!
