AEA is unable to answer the key question: Where will the money come from to cover this astronomical increase in overhead?... WE WANT CHANGE. JUST NOT *THIS* CHANGE.

If Actors Equity makes this change, it will not only hurt actors, playwrights, small theatres , and LA theatre goers, it will also inhibit the growth of the LA theatre going market.

the 99 seat plan had 2 important effects: actors were treated with more respect and theater began to flourish in the southland.
