Petition the President of the Republic of Kenya to direct the Ministry of Education to Waive HELB loans owed to the Higher Education Loans Board by all unemployed graduates.
I do support this, many unemployed youth are limited to unemployment as they can't access loans due to helb blacklisting

It is by disgrace that we finish our courses and there are no jobs yet we are still expected to pay the loans i wonder how that is possible.....if they want us to pay back then they offer us job opportunities

All police officers and nys recruits dont pay either training or their upkeeps and government is busy blacklisting us for not repaying this loan ,for this case we were not supposed to be paying.
Again after graduation we search jobs for our owns while they are just posted after training, my argument is that we wont pay!!
If so let the government grant us jobs after graduation.

Even for those blacklisted in the CRB, let's push for them to get loans and start businesses. You can't be limping and then the same government cripples you in order to join a marathon race.

I too hereby support this. Because after all there are no employment opportunities, the economy has declined while tax are going high; this has made industries to ceased from employ large number of employees, due to increased tax burden. HELB SHOULD BE WAIVERED and student should be granted freely
