Waive Registration Fees for Osteopaths During Coronavirus Pandemic

We are facing financial ruin after years of expensive training and ongoing expensive regulation. Currently we can’t work so this should be waived.

Stay well, we will get through this.

Disappointed that there is so little guidance from the GOSC. Would be a great help if the reg fees waived

My osteopath May lose her whole career due to this pandemic. A simple measure like this could really help

There should be more understanding from the GOsC about the difficult times osteopaths are having with minimal support from the government! The GOsC should be trying to support its members.

I'm down from 40 last week to 4 this week and after then I'll be shutting for the forseeable future. The GOsC seems to be able to do anything they want, when they want to. How about now doing something we need?

Patients dropped to 10th of usual this week. Probably I'll have none by next week. I'm going to find it impossible to pay bills within a month, and I mean essential books like food, mortgage, utilities..

As self employed practitioners not yet covered by emergency fiscal legislation, out Regulator should be supporting us in any way they can.

Action to help the osteopathic population is essential. Have just been given a 3 month grace period from RAMP (the fee is only £65) GOsC needs to do the same! I paid my fee for the year in December - a refund would be helpful at this stage, please.
