These kids deserve a home. My heart just breaks thinking about them sitting in limbo while paperwork sits in some office.
PLEASE let these families finish what they started. It is cruel to keep them waiting for months like this.

I hope the ministry realizes how much pain they are causing by stalling these adoptions. Just let the kids go to their new parents already.
