This is insulting in embarrassing. Whoever makes this decision should be ashamed of themselves We work extremely hard to make Danbury Hospital the hospital of choice. We would like more than words we would like to be acknowledged for our efforts

HELL NO !!! You the hospital took more than we can afford & now THIS - and you keep putting restrictions on the way we can do patient care as we want to for THE PATIENTS ...!!!
Find another way amongst yourselves to make your #'s.

This wage increase should have nothing to do with our pep!!! The cost of living in this area is one of the highest.

We have to be happy to reinforce what the hospital says "Patients first" and "we know you well".
Don't forget without a union the hospital will do what ever they want (exactly this type of stuff, taking from us) and we will have NO say...the union is OUR voice.

I personally find what the hospital proposes outrageous. We will be working for nothing and working extremely hard. Hopefully the proposal for our increase will come through!!!

We are more valuable then anything they have offered. I want my fellow co-workers to remember no matter what your title is you are Valuable. Let's remind the hospital that this isn't high school and just because they manage doesn't mean they are more valuable than we are. Let remind them we are the backbone and without us there is no patient care. We deserve the raise, safety and most of all the respect.

I received less than .5% which was more than just a kick in the teeth.
We need NO LESS than 3% which isn't even a cost of living increase!
