An illegally set snare? He's been cited before? He not only trapped Kane, but also shot him? No Brainer. Martin deserve the MAX on ALL counts. My thoughts are with Kane and his family.

Finding Kane, with just 2 toes in a trap and a gun shot to his head was not what I expected. I was horrified to learn who the killer was, I have known Rick for years and always spoke to him.. I don't know how he laid in his bed that night hearing Kane just 10-15ft outside his door stuck in that trap, then got up in the morning and shot him.. Then just left him for me to discover! Sick bastard! I'm sorry to admit I know the man and more sickened that he lives less than 500ft from my home!
