Since 1900, war and the resulting destruction has killed more than 100 million people and even more have been forced to flee their homes. Right now 60 million people are refugees.
It doesn't have to be like this
The first step is a declaration of intent. By taking this vow you commit to work for peace and against the global arms race and ongoing military aggression.
10 million individuals committed to peace creates a powerful influence
Influence that can persuade nations to focus their resources and military on the foundations for lasting peace: homes, hospitals, schools, sustainable infrastructure, democracy, clean water, air and restored ecosystems.
This way our nations and our military can fulfill their purpose: to create security, stability and peace

The military industrial complex continues to profit from global misery while our leaders ignore the basic needs of the people. I am spending my time exposing their greed and linking this campaign to the reality of the destruction they cause. Stay angry and stay focused on the fact that this bloodbath is a choice.

Every Friday I stand with a peace vigil. I contact my Congresspeople. I march. I hear speakers. I admire people who give their whole lives to this cause.
I don't know if world peace will ever be possible, but if we don't try at least we will never achieve it. It's time to rethink our system, learn from each other and understand that we're one big family including all life on this planet.
I try my best to live peacefully.Create peace inside myself, eating vegan and pray everybody will wake up to see it is a crime to kill animals like it is a crime to kill people, I do my best to use only things which are healthy for our beloved earth and I try to give peace to people...sending at least a warm smile everyday...
I committed to do what I can to create peace, inside and outside my mind. Through continue daily meditation, yoga practice and teach modern mindfulness. Work to make mindfulness available in Swedish school system. Cook peace food that harm no nature and animal. Fulfill my vision to create an eko village for outer and inner ecology, which will work as an pulsating heart of peace and inspiration out to the cities and world. And more posible creative ways on my life's journey...

I promise to live a life that promotes Peace and Love as the Soul~ution to living on this planet. The Peace House is my manifest of this.
