With 3.5 million Zimbabweans reported living out of the country because of the political problems there we wish to petition all the Zimbabwean Embassies, UN, AU, and SADC..to give us the right to voice our votes externally and that these votes be taken into account by ZEC on 27th June when the run off election is........
