Youth don\'t vote. By lowering the voting age to 16 this will encourge youth to vote. More eduaction on voting can be provided when youth are still in school and they have more time to research the issues. It is important that youth vote because the government affects us just as much as the adults. If we are old enough to drive a car, why can we vote. More harm can be caused by a 16 year old driver than a 16 year old voter. Lowering the voting age is the best way of increasing the number of youth voting.
