Neary you did a major injustice to my grandaughter and her family. sadly, you didnt care what it did to the family and how they struggle because of your incompetence. you need to go, sooner than later so no one else needs to deal with your actions.
Judge Neary needs to resign immediately!! Judge Neary your rulings and judgments are not acceptable and will no longer be tolerated and are an injustice to victims that deserve justice!!! Shame on you!!!
I am sickened by the lenient sentence for sexual abuse on a 3 year old child. As a judge, you had a chance to lock up a pedophile. Resign. Plain and simple. If not, I will use my voting rights to vote you out.
We must demand better. This town's reputation for allowing "boys to be boys" is humilating and detrimental to girls and families. Not the reputation we need. Our town and our schools need to take a lesson from Pope Francis and acknowledge the sins and move toward healing.
This person needs removed from the bench and disbarred IMMEDIATELY!!! He failed to vindicate that 3 year old little girl and failed to protectall the other children in the community by giving this monster probation.
Crimes against children shouldn't be swept under rugs
Wish I had a mean heart, as I would put a sniper up his ass, and them pull the trigger. SCUM BAGS...... and they put people in prison because of lesser crimes. Iowa should put a BOLO on his pathetic ass, and accidently hit him with my new black semi automatic pistol, I will tell this no heart judge, I was just cleaning it, Only 2 bullets in it, 1 for the scum bag, and the other with the judge.

I'm signing because justice needs to be served!!! We cannit allow chikdren to be preyed upon and then the predator gets a slap on the wrist!!! That only creates "a next time" a "second offense" to scar another human!!!
