This institution needs to be able to retain such talented and highly qualified individuals as Susan Lamb, and in particular we need to be able to host administrators with a diversity of viewpoints. Otherwise we will end up with a raft of mercenary sycophants whose aims are purely parasitic. If you want to maintain your credibility as well as your administrative competence, at a bare minimum, Susan Lamb must stay.

She is the type of manager that this college needs. Shame to lose this talent. We have had some losers. She is what we need now.

The walls in Susan's office are straight, square, and true. The floor is on the level. Her door is secure but can open smoothly when necessary. The atmosphere within is professional, constructive, and pleasing, all of these "architectural elements" represent quality leadership and management. We need her to continue drafting and crafting the blueprints for the college of our future.

I appreciated that Susan Lamb took notice of NC certificates, their benefit for our working students. She made an effort on students' behalf that was long needed. If she'll stay we can continue to do more to teach and serve our students.
