Having been a resident in this area for 40 years the change is totally unacceptable. There are times of the day that you cannot even get out of the neighborhoods to go anywhere. The roads, the schools, the parks ....... are all overcrowded due to over building. The quality of life is diminishing due to too much development.

I am pro-growth. But this area has had enormous growth in the last few years, and the infrastructure has not kept up.
There is no good reason to change existing zoning, or to avoid community meetings. If this is truly a worthy project, that can be decided in the full light of day, with appropriate comment from all stakeholders.

We do not need an increase in high density housing in this area. Traffic is a major issue in this area and has not been addressed for the surrounding areas whatsoever.

Long time Oak Forest Hills - Brookhaven resident. Our neighborhood already becomes an expressway detour route during peak traffic hours. I emplore the mayor and city council to vote NO on this rezoning application. We don't need more traffic congestion around our subdivision. We ceratainly don't need more traffic going through our subdivision - it is a dangerous situation for the young children who live in Oak Forest Hills.

If there was no community meeting held by the developer for rezoning that is required by Law.
The Brookhaven planning commission, city council and the developer are braking the law.
If this is approved by city council. They should be accountable. Not law breaker

Every developer making housing for families should provide for the schools impacted. At some point (# of units) they should be required to build a new elementary school.
